CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, but we require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or reschedule requests. A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment may incur a fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you arrive 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a charge may apply. We understand emergencies happen – please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our cancellation policy.
